Hamilton Golf and Country Club feels like one prolonged climb, and so 14-year old caddie Jonah Stevenson hauled his golfer’s bag uphill to the 17th green, and up another to the 18th.
The grandstands behind both greens had just a smattering of fans at noon Wednesday; it was pro-am day, not the tournament that begins Thursday.
But it sure was the big-time for Jonah, seizing the day to caddie during Canadian Open week.
