In-Service Sessions

As part of the Board’s due diligence to keep community users and participants/visitors safe while using the Board facilities after hours, all Community Users / Potential renters MUST have at least one representative from their Organization attend the Board’s annual in-service.   Session information will be posted here so please view new session dates and times located below on a yearly basis.

If you cannot attend, or send a representative on your behalf to one of the in-person sessions, or you are attempting to book later in the scholastic year, the Community Use of Schools Supervisor will attempt to host online training sessions based on demand or interest, however these sessions may not always coincide with the date of your booking so it is best to attend the fall sessions to ensure you are eligible to obtain an approved permit in any given scholastic year.
